Our refund policy is designed to be fair while maintaining the integrity of our auction platform. Most auction sales are final, but we provide protections for specific circumstances.
Platform Technical Issues
- • Bidding system malfunctions
- • Payment processing errors
- • Website downtime during critical auction periods
- • Incorrect bid recording due to technical glitches
Fraud or Misrepresentation
- • Seller provided false vehicle information
- • Hidden damage not disclosed in listing
- • Forged or incorrect documentation
- • Identity fraud by seller or platform breach
Vehicle Delivery Issues
- • Vehicle significantly different from photos/description
- • Major undisclosed mechanical problems discovered during inspection
- • Vehicle cannot be legally transferred due to title issues
- • Seller fails to deliver vehicle within agreed timeframe
Buyer's Remorse
Changing your mind after winning an auction is not grounds for a refund. All bids are binding commitments.

- • Finding a better deal elsewhere
- • Realizing you can't afford the purchase
- • Minor cosmetic issues clearly shown in photos
Market Changes
Vehicle value changes or market fluctuations after purchase
Known Issues

Contact Support Immediately
Report issues within 48 hours of auction end or vehicle delivery. Email support@carzti.com with your auction ID and detailed explanation.
Provide Documentation
Submit photos, inspection reports, or other evidence supporting your refund claim. Our team will review all materials thoroughly.
Investigation & Decision
We'll investigate your claim within 5-7 business days and notify you of our decision. Additional information may be requested during this process.
Refund Processing
If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Platform fees may be deducted based on circumstances.

100% refund including all fees
Seller Fraud
Full refund minus processing fees ($100)
Buyer Error
Refund minus all platform fees
